Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day money back guarantee policy on all products. This is to ensure you have fully tried the product before returning. To return products simply send to:

Include your name and order number (or date of order) inside the package. Once we receive the product we will issue a refund of your product minus the shipping costs. Customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend getting a tracking number with your return shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There are no refunds for the bundle purchases. We only offer refunds on single product purchases. If there are any issues with your product, email us at email@example.com. Be sure to include as much information as possible. If there are any issues with shipping, please email a picture of how you received the product to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event you may want a refund or replacement make sure to keep your product container and do not throw it away, as we cannot refund or replace anything that has not been returned to us. To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges will be given store credit in the amount paid. We will e-mail you a return label. Print out and tape to package with name and address inside. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
